Job offer : Technical support technician fluent in English (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a N1 support technician with fluent English (M/F) for a temporary assignment of several months in Bois-Colombes

Missions

Workstation reinstallation (re-imaging) PC enrollment in Intune Handle incidents and intervention requests escalated by the Service Desk with appointment scheduling. Perform, upon request from the Service Desk, remote support for the workstation, its peripherals, and professional mobile communication devices (smartphones, tablets). Install and uninstall additional software on workstations and personal mobile communication devices (smartphones, tablets): software upgrades, specific software, etc., while respecting established allocation standards. Participate in the application of the security policy with the monitoring of antivirus updates. Escalate to identified resolution groups if necessary for requests or incidents. Provide an analysis of causes when closing the request/incident. Implement necessary actions to improve processing processes, and in particular the transfer of resolution/processing to the Help Desk. Participate in the realization of compliance and workstation environment evolution projects in collaboration. Report information on serious and major incidents

Bac to Bac+2 in IT. You have at least 2 years of experience in support. You master English orally in order to be able to provide office support to English-speaking users.
