VIP Proximity Technician (M/F)

The role

Missions

Provide on-site IT support to a VIP population.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
Install and configure workstations and mobile equipment.
Track incidents and requests via the ticketing tool.
Support users and ensure an excellent level of service.
Intervene during approximately 4 showrooms per year, particularly during Fashion Weeks.

Technical environment The position is part of a Microsoft and corporate mobility environment.

Initial experience with VMware Workspace ONE, used as an MDM solution by the client, is a real asset.

Experience with other MDM solutions may also be considered, especially if you have a good ability to adapt.

The profile we're looking for

Essential experience in VIP on-site support.
Fluent oral English is mandatory.
Good command of workstation environments.
Experience with an MDM tool appreciated.
Knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE is a real plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, professional presentation, and discretion.
Responsiveness and ability to work in a demanding and international environment.
Environment: premium / luxury context, high demand for service quality.
