Support Technician L1 (M/F)

The role

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company) for a Support Technician L2 (M/F) for a 1-month renewable temporary contract, in Bordes at a client site.

Start date: As soon as possible
Proposed remuneration: 25k€
Location: Bordes (Driving license B mandatory for travel)

Mission

Mastering and deployment of workstations.
User support L1 to L2.
Management and resolution of incidents on-site and via tickets.
Installation of workstations.
Management and maintenance of printers.
Enrollment and configuration of smartphones.
Management of equipment allocations.
Reception and assistance of users.

Technical environment

Windows 11.
SCCM.
Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Android smartphones.
Intermediate English.

The profile we're looking for

You hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in computer science.
You master Windows 10 and the Office 365 environment.
Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate good analytical skills to identify and resolve incidents effectively.
A B driving license is required for this mission.
