Job offer : IT Kiosk Technician (M/F)

Our IT recruitment team is hiring for its client an on-site support kiosk technician for a long-term temporary assignment.

Your missions

Within a dynamic professional environment, you will be responsible for

• Welcoming and assisting users at the Welcome Bar;
• Providing level 1 IT support and resolving hardware, software, and network incidents;
• Handling requests related to PCs, printers, phones, and video conferencing equipment;
• Managing tickets and escalating incidents to L2/L3 if necessary;
• Preparing, configuring, updating, and deploying IT equipment (PCs, smartphones, tablets);
• Monitoring stock and Asset Management;

Performing on-site interventions and IMAC tasks.

• Start date: as soon as possible
• Contract: 6-month temporary assignment
• Location: Paris
• Remuneration: €25k to €26k gross/year depending on experience

• BAC to BAC +2 in IT or equivalent diploma;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or user assistance;
• Good command of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365; Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN);
• Proficiency in ticketing tools; Knowledge of ITIL procedures is a plus;
• Excellent sense of service, good communication, and pedagogical skills;
• Rigorous, organized, autonomous, and proactive;
