VIP IT Technician L2 (M/F)

The role

Actual Talent Metz is looking for a VIP IT Technician L2 (M/F) for its client specializing in IT services, in the Chalon en Champagne area for a temporary mission of at least 6 months.

Contract information:

Location: Chalon en Champagne
Temporary contract
Salary: 26k to 28k gross annual depending on profile and experience
Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal

As part of this position, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you

Handle incident and request management on the ITSM EasyVista tool to ensure the operational maintenance of the fleet.
Provide local support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and mobile telephony.
Manage the kiosk area by welcoming and advising users directly with responsiveness.
Support VIP profiles and elected officials by offering them a tailor-made service and personalized follow-up.
Provide a fluid, courteous, and effective response to complex or urgent requests.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

You have a Bac + 2 level diploma in the IT field
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
You are a rigorous person, attentive
