Job offer : IT Desktop Support Technician (M/F)

Our IT-specialized team is supporting its client, an IT services company, in the recruitment of an IT Desktop Support Technician M/F for a 3-month CDD, potentially renewable, in Bordeaux (33).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Support and assistance: You handle requests and incidents from A to Z (via EasyVista), from diagnosis to resolution, while ensuring quality local support.

• IT asset management: You ensure the preparation, deployment, renewal, and operational maintenance (MCO) of workstations and software.

• Technical administration: You work on Active Directory (accounts, rights, etc.) and use SCCM for remote deployments. You also participate in development projects and apply security rules.

• On-site interventions (Bordeaux): You travel to various sites for the physical installation of equipment and user support during hardware changes, to ensure service continuity.

Profile sought:

Experience and Education

• Bac to Bac+2 in Computer Science

Technical skills

• Good command of Windows environments.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory.
• Proven experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Real mastery of workstation preparation and deployment processes.

Soft Skills

• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you have a strong sense of customer service. You are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, and your ability to organize yourself effectively in managing priorities and tickets.

Schedule: Daytime hours

Remuneration: €2667 gross monthly

Travel: Yes in Bordeaux, several intervention sites. This position requires a B driving license
