Job offer : IT and Printing Technician (M/F)

Actual Talent Metz is looking for its client specializing in IT service provision for an IT and Printing Technician (M/F) in the Reims area for a temporary assignment of at least 6 months.

Contract information:

• Location: Reims
• Temporary contract
• Salary: 25k to 26k gross annual depending on profile and experience
• Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal

As part of this position, here are the tasks that will be entrusted to you

• Diagnose and resolve incidents on printers and equipment (hardware, network, and software) remotely or on-site.
• Analyze recurring malfunctions and escalate to manufacturers for mechanical or blocking breakdowns.
• Verify network connectivity, print queues, and permission settings.
• Manage receipt, storage, physical inventory, and preparation of equipment (unpacking, labeling, initialization).
• Plan, install, and configure equipment on-site while assisting users during the setup.
• Manage after-sales service and supplier relations

Profile sought:

• You have a Bac + 2 level diploma in the IT field
• First successful experience in a similar position in IT support, fleet management, or equipment maintenance.
• Solid skills in hardware, software, and first-level network administration diagnostics.
• Mastery of configuration and parameterization of printing systems (queues, network, permissions).
