IT Operations Technician (M/F)

The role

Actual Talent Metz is looking for an IT service provider client for an IT Operations Technician (M/F) in the Chalons sur Saône area for a long-term interim assignment.

3-month renewable interim contract
Immediate start
Chalons Sur Saône area
Salary: 30000 gross annual

Here are the missions that will be entrusted to you

Process requests and resolve incidents daily while ensuring rigorous traceability via the ITSM tool
Provide on-site and remote support for workstations, peripherals, and mobile equipment (Windows, Android, Apple)
Prepare, configure, and deploy IT equipment for the integration of new employees
Perform renewal and replacement of equipment in case of failure
Manage first-level administration of the local network (VLAN declaration, switch configuration and updates)

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

Bac+2/3 level training in IT (BTS SIO, BUT Informatique, Professional License) or equivalent experience
First successful experience in local and remote IT support, ideally in an industrial context
Confirmed mastery of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Cloud environments
Solid skills in client OS (Windows 10/11, Android, iOS) and daily use of an ITSM tool
