Job offer : Hotline Technician (M/F)

Actual Experts de Poissy, recruitment experts in technical sectors, is looking for one of its clients, an innovative and recognized company in the field of access control, for a Hotline Technician (M/F).

This position is an ideal opportunity for an electronics enthusiast wishing to combine technical skills, customer relations, and versatility on a daily basis.

Your missions: Integrated into a dynamic technical team, you will mainly intervene in technical support for customers and in the workshop, with the following missions:

• Ensure the maintenance of electronic equipment, following technical diagrams and procedures.
• Intervene remotely via the hotline to diagnose breakdowns, guide users, and ensure quality customer support.
• Participate in the assembly of electronic sub-assemblies within the workshop.
• Perform functional tests on components and equipment.
• Check parts, ensure production monitoring, and ensure the compliance of delivered assemblies.

You will be at the heart of technical and operational issues, with a versatile role combining technical intervention and customer relations.

We are looking for a candidate with a BTS or DUT in electronics or equivalent (Bac+2 level), with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar technical environment.

Required skills & qualities

• Good command of electronic principles and components (printed circuits, connectors, sensors, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret electronic diagrams.
• Skills in troubleshooting and electronic repair.
• Sense of customer service, team spirit, rigor, and autonomy in problem-solving.
