Job offer : Helpdesk Technician L2 (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, a Helpdesk Technician L2 (M/F) for a temporary assignment for a duration of 6 months in Créhen (22).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Remote user assistance and support
• Correct incident reporting for easy escalation in case of non-resolution
• 80 companies to manage / Multi-site users
• Ticket management
• Windows, O365, SharePoint environment
• Ticketing tools: JIRA

Profile sought:Experience and Training:

• With a higher education degree in IT, you have significant experience in IT support (minimum 1 year)

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge of the Windows environment and workstations
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Ability to use a ticketing tool

Soft Skills:

• Communication
• Teamwork
• Learning ability
• Rigor

• Working hours: 35h per week from Monday to Friday, time slot from 8am to 6pm
• Travel: yes, possibility of carrying out occasional replacements at other sites

Remuneration: 13.19 / 14.29 € gross per hour
