The role
Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a helpdesk support technician (M/F) for a temporary mission of several months in Paris.
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Salary base: 25/27K€
- Benefit: restaurant card + 50% of public transport
Missions
- handling calls
- creating incident tickets
- analyzing and resolving incidents
- support via remote access
- closing tickets
The position is to be filled on a temporary basis.
The profile we're looking for
Bac to Bac+2 degree in IT. You have at least 2 years of experience in helpdesk support.
