English-speaking Helpdesk Technician L1 (M/F)

The role

Our IT-specialized team is supporting its client, a digital services company, in the recruitment of 2 bilingual French/English IT Helpdesk Technicians (M/F) for a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) in ST Aignan-de-GrandLieu (44).Start date: 01/09/2026

Your main missions will be as follows:

Receive requests (phone, portal) and perform level 1 diagnostics.
Handle L1 incidents and requests (troubleshooting, applying procedures).
Install applications and manage user rights.
Ensure follow-up of major incidents and escalate complex tickets (L2/L3).
Distribute incident communications and enrich the knowledge base.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

Experience and Training

High school diploma to 2-year degree in IT, significant experience in IT Helpdesk support.

Technical skills

Proficiency in Windows environment, AD.
Bilingual English/French
System: Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory.
Office and collaborative tools: Outlook 365 messaging, Office suite

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented and rigorous.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm + Saturday morning on a rotating basis.
