The role
Level 2 User Support
- Welcome users to the IT kiosk and handle their requests.
- Diagnose and resolve level 2 IT incidents.
- Provide support for Windows workstations and office environments.
- Handle incidents related to software, applications, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Perform interventions directly on the user's workstation.
- Accompany and advise users on the use of IT tools.
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams (L3, systems, networks, applications, security).
Workstation Management
- Install, configure, and replace workstations and peripherals.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting operations.
- Manage incidents related to screens, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers, phones, etc.
- Participate in the deployment and renewal of the IT fleet.
- Ensure the preparation and handover of equipment to users.
- Perform simple patching or connection operations according to current procedures.
- Incident and request management
- Record and update tickets in the ITSM tool.
- Qualify, prioritize, and track incidents and requests.
- Respect defined SLAs and support procedures.
- Ensure follow-up of incidents until resolution.
- Document actions taken and solutions provided.
- Identify recurring incidents and propose improvement actions.
- Equipment management
- Monitor IT equipment entrusted to users.
- Participate in kiosk stock management.
- Perform inventories and update the fleet management database.
- Manage equipment exchanges and returns.
- Ensure compliance with security and equipment management procedures.
- Technical environment

- Active Directory / Azure AD or Entra ID
- Intune / workstation management tools
- ITSM and ticketing tools
- LAN / Wi-Fi networks first-level diagnostic

- IT hardware: PC, screens, docking stations, and peripherals
Required Skills
- Technical skills
- Good command of the Windows environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Mastery of hardware and software diagnostics.
- Basic network knowledge: IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
- Experience with an incident management tool (ServiceNow, EasyVista, GLPI, Jira Service Management, etc.).
- Ability to perform methodical diagnostics and resolve L2 incidents.

The profile we're looking for
To join our teams as an IT Technician (M/F), we are looking for a qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/4) level of education. Your technical expertise will be supported by significant experience of 3 to 5 years in the field.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a real analytical capacity and great rigor in diagnosing and resolving IT failures. Endowed with an excellent sense of customer service, you know how to accompany users with pedagogy and responsiveness. Your mastery of system and network environments, combined with your autonomy, will allow you to ensure optimal management of the IT fleet on a daily basis.
