
Job offer : Contracts and Procurement Manager Toulouse (M/F)
The role
Operationally reporting to the Project Director, the Contracts and Procurement Manager ensures the contractual management of the contract as well as assistance in the contractual steering of the Global Performance Market for the 'Transport System' (SdT) integrator.
Your main mission is to guarantee the implementation and rigorous monitoring of the contractual strategy adopted within the AMO scope.
Missions & Responsibilities
Contractual management of the AMOS&CP contract: Contractual evolutions: Monitoring, negotiation, and formalization of contract modifications and changes.
Traceability & Information Management: Structuring and managing information flows to formalize exchanges and maintain an exhaustive history of every contractual event.
Financial aspects: Preparation and processing of files for additional remuneration requests.
Risk management & Litigation: Drafting official letters to defend the client's interests, escalating key information, and collaborating closely with the Legal Department (DJUR) to anticipate and prevent litigation risks.
Steering & Coordination: Internal coordination of the preparation of progress and coordination meetings with the client TISSEO Ingénierie.
Active participation in major project review meetings and negotiation meetings with the client.
Business development: Facilitating the internal/external network, contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of the team's production and services.
Assistance in the contractual steering of the Transport System Market (SdT
- Alstom Integrator) MOA Support: Direct assistance to the Project Owner during SdT contractual steering bodies and meetings.
Strategic advice: Issuing informed contractual opinions and advice regarding the overall contractual strategy, analysis of correspondence, processing of amendments, and handling of claims from the SdT integrator.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought & Required skills
Higher education (Master's degree) in Business Law / Public Procurement Law, Master's in Contract Engineering / Contract Management, or Engineering / Business School degree with a specialization in contract management.
Confirmed experience in an equivalent position in Contract Management, Procurement Management, or Project Management Assistance (AMO) on large infrastructure, urban transport, or civil engineering projects.
Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to manage your files proactively in a complex, multi-stakeholder project environment.
Problem analysis & Synthesis skills: Ability to quickly identify contractual bottlenecks and propose pragmatic and secure solutions.
Interpersonal skills & Negotiation: Excellent listening, diplomacy, and oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and lawyers.
Self-control: Stress management and assertive posture during high-stakes negotiation or arbitration meetings.
Rigor, Verification & Control: Constant attention to detail in document tracking, legal/technical analysis, and traceability. Reporting skills: Ability to synthesize and report strategic information clearly and regularly to the Project Management.
Travel to Paris is to be expected. The contract is offered for a duration of 1 year as part of service provision.
