
Job offer : Social Worker (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Social Action Manager, you will support residents on a daily basis to organize and secure their residential path. As a key contact person, you will promote the integration of residents into their environment, develop local partnerships, and drive a real collective dynamic.
Your main missions
Individual & Unconditional Support
Conduct pre-admission interviews for residents in liaison with the SIAO and prescribing services in the Île-de-France region.
Set up individual projects and ensure complete personalized social support (housing, debt, employment, training, health, culture...).
Actively participate in allocation bodies and unpaid rent committees in close collaboration with local staff.
Collective Actions & Residential Life
Organize, plan, and implement annual collective actions (day or evening) to develop social ties between residents.
Set up and facilitate a consultation council within each residence.
Partnership, Management & Administrative
Contribute to the development of the external partnership network in your territory.
Participate in the preparation of AGLS grant applications, as well as the control and monitoring of allocated budgets.
Prepare and participate in residence steering committees.
Collaborate in the drafting of the annual management report.
The profile we're looking for
You must hold a State Diploma related to social work (DECESF, DEASS, or DE Specialized Educator) and have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the supported housing or social housing sector is a real asset.
With good interpersonal and writing skills, you demonstrate a strong capacity for mediation, rigor, and autonomy. You have a fine knowledge of current social regulations and systems, and you master office tools.
Finally, you appreciate the SME culture (human richness, responsiveness, shared success) and know how to be proactive in providing solutions adapted to the field.
Benefits & Conditions
Remuneration: €31,000 to €34,000 gross annual (depending on experience) + 13th month.
Working time organization: Day flat rate (18 days of rest per year). Work mainly during the day with some evenings planned for the animation of collective actions.
Mobility: Frequent travel in Île-de-France. Driving license B required (service vehicle provided).
Additional benefits: Restaurant vouchers, Employee savings (PEE and PERECO), 70% public transport cost contribution.
