Social Worker (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the Social Action Manager, you will support residents on a daily basis within the framework of their residential and integration path. As a key contact for social relations within the residence, you will intervene to secure paths, promote the autonomy of residents, and stimulate a collective dynamic.

Your main missions

Individual & Unconditional Support

Conduct pre-admission interviews for residents in liaison with prescribers (SIAO, social partners).

Conduct social assessments and develop individual support projects (access to rights, budget, health, employment, training, mainstream housing).

Propose reinforced support for the prevention and treatment of rental arrears in liaison with local teams.

Draft regular professional documents (summaries, social/AGLS reports, alerts, FSL reports).

Collective Actions & Residential Life

Design, plan, and lead collective workshops promoting community living, resident integration, and the creation of social ties.

Set up and lead consultation committees within the residence.

Partnership & Network

Develop and maintain relationships with socio-health partners and local mainstream services.

Represent the structure during partnership bodies, allocation commissions (CAL), and steering committees.

The profile we're looking for

You must hold a State Diploma related to social work: DECESF, DEASS, or DE Specialized Educator. Ideally, you have successful initial experience in supported housing, social housing, or emergency accommodation.

Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, listening qualities, and empathy, you demonstrate mediation skills and editorial rigor. Autonomous and organized, you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team (in synergy with residence managers and technical teams).
