Job offer : Sales Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Store Manager, your missions will consist of

• Leading a team of about ten employees and developing their talents.
• Setting up and managing common objectives and ensuring the performance of your store.
• Sharing your expertise with customers to provide them with a response adapted to their needs and thus facilitate the success of their projects.
• Managing the operating account of your sector and being responsible for its profitability using a large number of levers: commercial animation, choice of product highlighting, merchandising.
• As a sharp manager, monitoring the stocks of your sector, managing and analyzing sales flows, and proposing corrective actions.

• Team management in retail: With a strong talent for management, you have at least 5 years of managerial experience in retail (food or non-food).
