Your job? Detect new consulting needs in digital transformation / IT projects within referenced or non-referenced companies by proposing the right consultant(s) at the right time.

Hierarchical reporting: Business Manager

Main missions

Business development

• Management of existing portfolios and prospecting for new accounts (Major accounts and SMEs)
• Identification and contact - commercial/technical discovery meetings, identification and processing of needs expressions
• AT mode service
• TMA (Third-party Application Maintenance) management or fixed-price.

Human Resources

Management of consultants on assignment with clients, monitoring of services.

Sourcing, search for profiles adapted to client needs, CV analysis, conducting recruitment interviews, presentation of consultants to clients

Experience and EducationEducation level: Master's degree (Mandatory).

Degree: Ideally from a Business School.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience desired in a similar role.

Profile: Sales professional already experienced in recruiting IT profiles or B2B sales in services.

Technical skillsBusiness development: Prospecting, handling objections, negotiation, and commercial proposals.

Contractual management: Mastery of referencing processes and calls for tenders.

Recruitment and Management: Participation in the recruitment of consultants and supervision of teams on the portfolio.

Proposed conditions

• Remuneration: Fixed from 40,000 €, negotiable according to profile.

• Variable: Average estimated at 10 K€ the first year, then 15-20 K€ from the second year (opening bonuses, placement bonuses, commissions on project turnover)

• Telework: Up to 2 days per week
