Job offer : Sales Engineer - Specialized in Property Managers (M/F)

The position

Sales Engineer (M/F). Sectors 91 and 94.

Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you propose and deliver high value-added intellectual services (PPPT, energy audits, elevator expertise, operational control, heating, asbestos, etc.).

The missions

• Develop, monitor, and retain your portfolio of clients and prospects consisting of Property Managers
• Present our missions to your clients with the assistance of our technical consultants
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in General Assemblies and Union Councils
• Ensure administrative and financial monitoring of ongoing missions

Ideally with a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree from a Business School and/or Engineering School, you have at least 2 years of experience in selling services, ideally acquired with property managers. Knowledge of one of our business sectors would be a plus.

This position is for 39 hours/week, from Monday to Friday.
