Job offer : Payroll Manager (M/F)

Do you have payroll expertise and are you looking for a role where you can be operational quickly, within a structured industrial environment?

We are looking for one of our clients, a recognized industrial player based in Faverges (74), for a Payroll Manager (M/F) for a temporary assignment until the end of January.

The position

Integrated into the HR/Payroll team, you will mainly work on the production and entry of payroll elements.

On a daily basis, you will be required to

Enter and check variable payroll elementsEnsure payroll production in compliance with the scheduleVerify data consistency and identify any anomaliesPerform the various necessary checks before validationParticipate in administrative monitoring related to payrollWork in connection with HR teams and various internal contacts

The work environment is based on HR Access.

The position is primarily focused on payroll production and entry: we are not necessarily looking for an expert profile in social charges or DSN.

You have at least 4 years of experience in payroll management and are autonomous enough to quickly take charge of a volume of payrolls.

You are comfortable with entry, checks, and management of variable elements.

Knowledge of HR Access will be particularly appreciated. Otherwise, your ability to quickly learn a new tool will be important.

You are recognized for your rigor, reliability, and sense of organization.
