Job offer : Experienced Payroll Manager (M/F)

Located in Moselle, our client is an accounting, auditing, and consulting firm that has been supporting a varied clientele of micro-businesses, SMEs, artisans, merchants, liberal professions, and business leaders for nearly 50 years.

Due to a retirement, they are looking for a Payroll Manager (M/F).

Your missions

By joining a dynamic and experienced team, you will be a true partner to clients on all matters related to payroll and personnel administration. In this capacity, you will be asked to:

• Actively participate in the software migration, a strategic project that will allow you to contribute to the modernization of the firm's tools;
• Gradually manage a client portfolio representing between 350 and 450 payslips per month;
• Prepare payslips and handle social declarations;
• Advise and support clients on their social and payroll issues;
• Work in close collaboration with payroll teams and mission managers to ensure quality support.

Your profile

• You hold at least a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in payroll, human resources, or equivalent.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm (excluding internships/work-study).
• You are proficient in IT tools and ideally have initial experience with payroll software.
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous, you appreciate teamwork and enjoy supporting your clients with professionalism and proximity.
