Job offer : Multi-skilled Building Employee (M/F)

For a large luxury condominium located in Menton, in the immediate vicinity of the Italian border, we are looking for a building employee (M/F). The residence welcomes a demanding clientele across 3 blocks, largely Italian-speaking and committed to quality service. The position is non-residential and includes a dedicated office in the entrance hall, at the heart of the residence's life.

As the primary point of contact for residents, you will handle daily reception as well as support for companies and service providers. You will oversee the general surveillance of the residence and its equipment, with the possibility of consulting video surveillance in compliance with regulations.

You are responsible for the cleanliness and good condition of the premises

• daily maintenance of entrance halls and surroundings;
• thorough weekly maintenance of floors, elevators, and windows as needed;
• management of waste containers, occasional maintenance of parking lots, and watering of planters.

In addition, you may carry out minor routine repairs or receive packages for residents.

The position is based on a 37-hour work week, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, as well as Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The remuneration is approximately €2,066 gross per month, supplemented by a 13th month, in accordance with the collective agreement for caretakers, concierges, and building employees. After your probationary period, you will be hired directly by the condominium.

Fluency in French is essential, as is a working knowledge of Italian. Ideally, you have previous experience in building maintenance, residential properties, or concierge services, and proficiency with various maintenance tools (glass cleaning, floor buffers, etc.) is a significant plus.

Beyond technical skills, this position requires excellent interpersonal skills: neat appearance, discretion, courtesy, and a sense of service. Autonomous and punctual, you know how to organize your work alone on-site and wish to commit yourself long-term to the same residence.
