The role
Do you want to join a dynamic team within a rapidly growing structure? Actual is actively looking for a Middle Office Manager and Succession Manager (m/f) for a mission based in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92130).
Your main missions
As part of this position, you will be in charge of complete administrative management. You will ensure the processing of account openings (CTO, CTOJ, PEA, PEA-PME), the validation of bank details (RIB), incoming transfers as well as the processing of checks. You will also intervene in second-level validation on client files, by verifying the compliance of data and contractual information.

The profile we're looking for
The ideal candidate must hold a Bac +2
- BTS, DUT or equivalent and demonstrate proven expertise in managing complex administrative files.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and great precision in the processing of succession files, thus guaranteeing impeccable service quality and strict compliance with internal procedures.
