BMS Developer (M/F)

The role

Under the responsibility of the Production Manager, your main mission is to design and carry out study and development projects in automation and industrial computing for green automated installations. You intervene from the design phase to on-site commissioning, in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.

Main activities

Studies & Functional Design

Design and write functional analyses based on client specifications.
Write technical project specifications in liaison with Project Managers.

Development & Programming

Design and develop automation and supervision (SCADA) programs and applications.
Adapt and evolve programs according to process adjustments or energy optimization needs.

Testing, Integration & Commissioning

Write test plans and perform functional tests on the platform.
Ensure the integration, deployment, and commissioning of hardware and software in the field at client sites.
Perform first-level electrical adjustments, checks, and modifications.

Documentation, Training & Support

Write technical documentation and operating procedures.
Perform secure backup and archiving of programs on dedicated servers.
Train client teams on operation and provide technical assistance.
Monitor technological developments in automation and energy efficiency.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Education & Technical skills

Diploma Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Computing, or Energy.
Mastery of one or more PLC programming software (Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell...) and supervision / BMS.
Solid knowledge of electricity, electrical schematics, computer languages, and industrial networks. Electrical authorizations required (or to be renewed).

Environmental assets

Sensitivity to energy transition issues or knowledge of environmental and industrial regulations is a real plus.

Personal qualities

Rigor, method, autonomy, and ability to work in a project team.
Communication skills (regular exchanges with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors).
Mobility for professional travel to construction sites in France and occasionally abroad.

Travel to sites is to be expected depending on the projects
