The role

Do you want to join a dynamic team on a major construction project? The LEADER agency is looking for a Formwork Carpenter (M/F) for a mission based in LA FLECHE (72200).

As a true expert in structural work, you will work under the responsibility of your team leader and play a key role in the strength and precision of the structures.

Your main missions will be as follows

Preparation and safety: Installation of scaffolding, securing the work area, and optimized management of material storage (concrete, wood, reinforcing iron).

Technical execution: Rigorous assembly of watertight formwork, preparation of locations for pipes, and installation of props to ensure perfect stability during pouring.

Reinforcement expertise: Precise positioning of iron reinforcements, verification of shimming, and supervision of crane maneuvers for positioning the formwork panels.

Finishing: Careful stripping operations once the concrete has dried optimally.
