Job offer : Billing Clerk (M/F)

Reporting to the finance department, you will be responsible for the complete management of the billing process and the optimization of collections. Your role is key to ensuring accurate and timely billing, while maintaining a close relationship with our clients.

Your main responsibilities

• Billing: Establish and send invoices in accordance with contracts and commercial agreements.
• Collections & Payments: Ensure the entry of payments and monitor the proper management of incoming flows.
• Recovery: Monitor aging balances, manage reminders (phone, emails) and ensure debt recovery in case of late payment.
• Disputes: Reconcile customer accounts and handle any disputes in collaboration with operational staff.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with the accounting department to ensure the accuracy of financial data and update customer databases.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on the status of billing and payments received.
• Continuous improvement: Participate in process optimization and propose innovative solutions to gain efficiency.

• Education: Degree in accounting, management or equivalent field.
• Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (billing/recovery).
• Technical skills: Excellent command of computer tools (Office Pack, advanced Excel functions) and management software (ERP). Knowledge of VAT regulations is an asset.
• Soft skills: You are recognized for your rigor, your organization and your attention to detail. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to combine firmness and diplomacy for recovery.
