The role

ACTUAL Toulouse Tertiaire et Restauration, a major player in the temp sector, is looking for a dynamic intern for an 8-week mission.

You will join a motivated and committed team and actively participate in the development of our recruitment and administrative management activities.

Missions

Warm welcome for candidates and clients, ensuring a professional and pleasant atmosphere.
Creation and meticulous follow-up of candidates' administrative files.
Processing applications: sourcing, pre-selection of candidates, scheduling interviews.
Efficient filing of contracts and administrative documents, ensuring optimal organization.
Archiving files with rigor and methodology.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Student in human resources, management, or any similar field.
Good organizational skills and administrative rigor.
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and dynamism.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Internship duration: 8 weeks.

Location: Toulouse 31000

Hours: 09:00-12:30 / 14:00-17:30.

Conventioned internship. (unpaid)
