Job offer : Bilingual English Executive Assistant (M/F)

ACTUAL TALENT is recruiting for one of its finance clients, a bilingual English Executive Assistant (M/F) for a temporary mission to be filled as soon as possible for 2 months, renewable.Salary: 42/45 K€ depending on profile for 39 hours per week Location: 75008 Paris Metro George V Benefits: Restaurant vouchers 14€ (50% covered by the employer), transport ticket reimbursed at 50%.

The Executive Assistant's goal is to assist a management team of 4 people, including the Office Manager, in carrying out their duties by managing their agenda and relieving them of administrative tasks. Serving primarily as an interface between the Manager and their main contacts, he/she performs the following tasks: Answering calls and relaying important information/filtering phone calls Welcoming French or international clients Ensuring the reading of mail and e-mails and prioritizing them Archiving mail if necessary Working in close coordination with other assistants, and under the authority of the Office Manager Managing agendas on OUTLOOK and organizing meetings according to priorities and availability Organizing travel, appointments, phone calls, video conferences, business lunches, and preparing expense reports and entering invoices. Regularly scheduling debriefing sessions with the Manager to stay updated on work progress and any potential daily setbacks. Participating in the organization of annual or ad-hoc events Participating in general services with the Office Manager such as placing orders for office supplies and consumables and verifying the conformity of deliveries

You have significant experience in Executive Assistance for a team and IMPERATIVELY in finance within an investment fund or a Bank.You are very comfortable managing shifting agendas on OUTLOOKFinally, you are bilingual in English in writing and speaking and use it regularly professionally.Available immediately.
