The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, a Trilingual English / Dutch Service Desk Agent (M/F) for a temporary assignment of 1 month in Angers (49).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

Handling incidents by phone
Managing level 1 requests
Resolving incidents
Ticketing

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

Trilingual (French/English/Dutch) and comfortable with IT tools, you wish to invest yourself in a first opportunity in user support.

Technical skills:

English level C1
Dutch
Good vocabulary and spelling
Comfortable with customer relations
Ability to follow instructions
Ideally, you have knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure AD

Interpersonal skills
Rigour
Responsiveness

Time slot: time slot from 7 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday

Travel: no

Remuneration: 12.41€ gross per hour
