Job offer : Itinerant Telecom Technician (M/F)

Join the Actual teams as a Telecom Technician (M/F) in Aix-en-Provence for a dynamic 6-month mission starting in September 2026.

Integrated into the Regional Directorate and under the responsibility of the production manager, you will play a key role in ensuring service quality for our telecom operator and equipment manufacturer clients.

Your main missions

You will be responsible for the installation, deployment, and maintenance in operational condition of IT, telecom, and network equipment. You will intervene on-site to handle incidents and ensure the daily management of the physical and logical equipment of our information systems. Your ability to meet client needs within various deadlines and your ease in communicating in English with our technical support teams will be essential assets for success in this position.

Profile sought

We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous, and responsive person. Mastery of technical English is necessary to communicate effectively with our national and international support services.

Your missions are as follows

You install and maintain IT, telecom, and network equipment in operational condition. You respond to our clients' requests within short-term, medium-term, and scheduled deadlines.

You carry out deployment, installation, operation, and maintenance (on-site) operations for this equipment and handle incidents.

You ensure the daily management of the physical and logical equipment of the information system.

You will communicate in English with support services based abroad (or in France).

Practical information

This is a full-time contract of 35 hours per week. The annual remuneration is set at 24,000 euros.

To strengthen our teams as a Telecom Technician (M/F), we are looking for a qualified professional with solid experience of 3 to 5 years in the sector.

With a BAC to BAC + 2 degree in telecom networks, electrotechnics, or equivalent, you have acquired solid skills in the maintenance of telecom equipment such as Routers, Boxes, Switches, Fiber Optics, mastery of IT tools, ADSL, SHDSL, TRANS, WDM, DSLAM technologies, copper and fiber cabling, level 1 electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, telecom site infrastructure, intervention reports, stock management.

You master Microsoft environments (Windows), in terms of usage (Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Skype,) and a mobile environment (iOS and/or Android).

Your rigor, your analytical sense, and your ability to intervene in the field with autonomy will be major assets to succeed in our missions.
