Job offer : On-site Support Technician (M/F)

Join our client's team in Toulon as an On-site Support Technician (M/F). We are looking for a dynamic collaborator with an excellent professional attitude to support the growth of our information system.

Your main missions

Within a stimulating environment, you will be in charge of preparing and imaging workstations. You will provide on-site support by offering effective assistance to users and handling their requests or technical incidents. You will play a key role in the daily management of the site's IT infrastructure while actively collaborating with the various DSI teams.

Profile sought

You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. You demonstrate great rigor, a developed sense of service, and an ability to adapt quickly.

Job conditions

This is a 3-month assignment. The position is based in Toulon (83000) on a 35-hour per week basis.

To fill the position of IT Technician (M/F), we are looking for a person with a strong analytical mind and real interpersonal skills to support our users. Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in technical support is highly recommended for an effective start.

You ideally possess a 2-year IT degree (BTS SIO type or equivalent). Mastery of Windows environments and ticketing tools is essential to ensure rapid resolution of incidents.

We expect a candidate capable of demonstrating rigor, pedagogy, and autonomy in the daily management of their IT park. Your sense of customer service and your ability to work in a team will be decisive assets for succeeding in your missions within our structure.
