Support Technician Level 2 (M/F)

The role

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company) for a Level 2 Support Technician (M/F) for an 18-month temporary contract, in Cognac at a client site.

Duration: 18 months
Remuneration: 26k€
Location: Cognac
Driving license B mandatory
Technical English (written and spoken)

You will be in charge of the following missions

Update and maintain the CMDB of the ServiceNow platform (managed by the central IT department)
Manage the deployment of specific software for the site
Manage the mobile phone and smartphone fleet as well as associated SIM cards in connection with central purchasing
Manage the ACREOO player fleet for information dissemination on the site
Manage the mobile terminal fleet for the warehouse and shipments
Manage the Pallet Tracking solution (storage/shipment), rugged tablets, and RFID in forklifts
Manage the OnBoarding/OffBoarding process in connection with the HR department and the Service NOW system
Manage the thin client fleet in production for the MES solution, manage ticketing for the copier solution under contract

The profile we're looking for

Minimum Bac+2 diploma in computer science (or similar field).
First experience in a similar position of at least 5 years.
Technical English (spoken and written).
Driving license B.
Experience in an industrial environment.
Sensitivity to cybersecurity.
