IT Kiosk Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client several Kiosk Support Technicians (M/F) in Paris 7 or Paris 13 for a 6-month renewable temporary mission.

Start date: as soon as possible
Benefits: restaurant card + 50% of public transport, salary base 27/28k€

Missions: Handle requests (incidents or demands) Register requests in the ITSM tool Qualify requests Resolve requests Alert management in case of suspected major incident Escalate requests following the process Maintain the knowledge base for your scope Respect client instructions and SLA Communicate with users Manage and keep stock(s) up to date Manage the hardware lifecycle in stock(s) Perform inventories Handle interventions on various scopes (office automation, video conference room, printer...) Hardware installation

The profile we're looking for

Bac to Bac+2 in IT. You have at least 2 years of experience in proximity support and you have initial experience in IT kiosk.
