IT Support Technician L2 (M/F)

The role

Actual Talent Metz is looking for its client specializing in IT services for an IT Support Technician L2 (M/F) in the Strasbourg area for a temporary mission of at least 6 months.

Location: Strasbourg
Temporary contract
Salary: 26k to 28k gross annual depending on profile and experience
Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal

As part of this position, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you

Process the backlog, incidents, and user requests to ensure service continuity.
Master workstations to ensure a homogeneous and high-performance configuration.
Update the IT park as well as security reports on all workstations.
Operate and feed technical documentation to structure knowledge and best practices.
Establish diagnostics and be a source of proposals to provide concrete and adapted solutions.
Develop and write intervention reports, informative materials, and responses to requests.
Escalate major problems and arbitrations requiring higher decision-making to management.

The profile we're looking for

Profile Sought: You have a Bac + 2 level diploma in the IT field. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are a rigorous person who listens.
