IT Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, an IT support technician (M/F) for a temporary mission until 31/12/2026 in Le Plessis Pathé

start date: as soon as possible
salary base: 26/28K€
benefits: restaurant card + 50% of public transport

Missions

Receive requests and incidents via phone, e-mail, ticket portal, or on-site assistance. Diagnose and resolve common incidents related to workstations, office software, and peripherals. Assist users in the use of IT tools. Ensure clear and regular communication with users. Register and qualify tickets in the ITSM tool. Prioritize requests according to their criticality and impact. Ensure follow-up of incidents until their resolution. Escalate incidents to higher levels when necessary. Prepare, install, and configure workstations. Manage hardware movements (installation, replacement, recovery). Participate in the management of the IT inventory. Install and update software validated by the company. Create, modify, and delete user accounts. Manage access rights according to current procedures. Support user arrivals, mobility, and departures. Write and update procedures and user guides. Feed the support knowledge base. Identify recurring incidents and propose corrective actions.

The profile we're looking for

Bac to Bac+2 in IT. You have at least 2/3 years of experience in user support
