On-site support technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, an on-site support technician with travel requirements for a pre-hiring position.

Prepare, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop workstations
Ensure reception and assistance for users at the IT Kiosk
Take charge of and resolve on-site IT incidents
Install and configure software and applications
Carry out delivery and provisioning of IT equipment
Ensure the shipment of IT equipment via internal shuttles
Participate occasionally in relocation and workstation reinstallation operations
Ensure follow-up of interventions and contribute to the proper functioning of the IT fleet
Support users in resolving their technical issues

The profile we're looking for

You have an IT background and have at least 1 year of initial experience in a support technician or on-site technician role.

A driving license (permis B) is essential, as travel to Neuilly-sur-Seine is to be expected.
