On-site Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, an on-site support technician with intermediate English (M/F) for a temporary mission until 31.12.2026 in Créteil

Start date: as soon as possible
Salary base: 28/29k€
Benefits: restaurant card + 50% of public transport

Missions

handling incident tickets
analysis and resolution of incidents
on-site support
installation, configuration of IT equipment (PC, mobile phone, printers etc)

The position is to be filled on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

The profile we're looking for

Bac to Bac+2 in IT. You have at least 2/3 years of experience in on-site support. You are able to communicate occasionally with English-speaking users.
