Job offer : Mobile Field Service Technician (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the after-sales service department, you will intervene directly on client sites to ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the forklift fleet. As a guarantor of customer satisfaction, you will ensure the performance and profitability of your interventions.
1. Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Diagnose breakdowns (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic) and carry out necessary repairs in the field.
Maximize equipment availability rates and ensure their proper functioning.
Establish technical pre-quotes (estimating intervention time and identifying parts).
2. Customer Relations & Consulting
Support and advise clients on the optimal use and safety of their equipment.
Recommend improvement, repair, or compliance work.
Be the company's ambassador through clear and professional communication.
3. Administrative Management & Organization
Plan your travel in coordination with the planning department.
Manage and optimize your service vehicle stock (tools, spare parts).
Write precise intervention reports on a tablet (observed breakdowns, actions taken, parts used).
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
The profile we're looking for
Holding a diploma such as BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS in Industrial Maintenance (MSMA, MEI, or equivalent), you have a successful experience of at least 2 to 5 years in a technical environment dedicated to B2B service. A first experience in the handling, automotive, heavy goods vehicle, agricultural equipment, construction, or mobile maintenance sectors will be highly appreciated.
Beyond your background, you master the technical fundamentals in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and electronics, while being comfortable with daily IT tools for tracking your interventions. A valid B driver's license is mandatory to ensure your daily travel in the field.
On a personal level, you distinguish yourself by your keen sense of customer satisfaction, your autonomy, and your professional rigor. Your excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability allow you to seriously embody the company's brand image to clients.

Remuneration: according to profile and experience – Status/Coeff: A60 to A80
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM (work-life balance)
