The role

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will ensure the maintenance, preparation, and proper functioning of equipment within the workshop:

1. Technical Expertise & Operations

  • Interventions & Diagnostics: Diagnose breakdowns and carry out repair/maintenance work on a wide range of equipment.

  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare and recondition new or used equipment.

  • Quality Control: Perform functional tests and validations before delivery, according to established procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with ISO standards and QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) guidelines.

2. Administrative Monitoring & Versatility

  • Request and write precise reports (Work Orders), including time spent and parts used.

  • Perform General Periodic Inspections (VGP, VRS, VCRS) according to your certifications.

  • Provide occasional backup for the Workshop Manager or carry out targeted interventions at external client sites if necessary.

3. Team Spirit & Communication

  • Report key information and any difficulties to the Workshop Manager.

  • Identify and propose additional work to maximize machine reliability.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in impeccable condition.

  • Contribute to team cohesion and maintain fluid relationships with your peers.

The profile we're looking for

With a technical background such as a Bac Pro or BTS in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Electromechanics, Agricultural Machinery, or Construction Equipment, you have successful initial experience in a workshop or after-sales service. You master the fundamentals of multi-technical diagnostics and repair, particularly in electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics. Knowledge of regulatory checks such as VGP is a real asset for this position.

Beyond your technical expertise, we are looking for a rigorous, methodical person who is particularly attentive to safety and quality standards. With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, you enjoy communicating transparently with your management and colleagues. Your responsiveness, service-oriented mindset, and ability to propose adapted solutions will allow you to flourish fully within a dynamic structure and evolve serenely in your missions.

What we offer you!

  • Contract: Permanent contract (CDI) – Full time

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM (work-life balance guaranteed)

  • Remuneration: 26k€ to 40k€ gross annually (depending on profile and experience) – Classification: Coefficient A40 to A60
