Job offer : Field Technician L1/L2 (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, a Local IT Technician L1-L2 (M/F) for a 3-month temporary mission in Ancenis (44).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

Reporting to the IT team, you will provide local support and manage the IT infrastructure for all users (including VIP support and the IT kiosk).

1. User support and assistance

Handling incidents and requests via ServiceNow in compliance with contractual deadlinesDiagnosis and resolution of malfunctions (hardware, software, and mobility)Local assistance and support for users on the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)Support for Teams Voice telephony and videoconferencing equipment/peripherals

2. Workstation management and administration (Modern Workplace)

Preparation, deployment, migration, and mastering of workstations (Windows 10/11)Operational exploitation and administration via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (enrollment, application deployment, profiles, Remote Help)MDM management and enrollment of the mobile fleet (iOS / Android smartphones and tablets)

3. Local infrastructure and network (Level 1)

First-level diagnosis on the local network (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, VPN FortiClient)Physical verification and patching of equipment (local racks, network sockets, switches, WiFi access points)Escalation and qualification of complex incidents to L3 teams (Network / Cybersecurity)

4. Asset management and documentation

Maintenance and update of the CMDB / asset inventory (check-ins/check-outs, loans, returns, decommissioning)Management of the printer and multifunction fleet (maintenance, consumables, print queues)Drafting and enrichment of procedures and resolution sheets in the knowledge base

Profile sought:

• Experience and Training:
• Higher education in IT, you have significant experience of 2 to 5 years in local IT support
• Successful experience in a multi-site environment would be a plus
• Driving license B required for the position

Technical skills:

• Workstation & Mobility: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, iOS & Android (MDM)
• Microsoft 365 Environment: Teams (including Teams Voice), Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID
• Network & Security (L1): TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, VPN (FortiClient), notions of VLAN/Switch/Firewall, local patching
• Tools & Hardware: ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB), PC diagnostics, mobile fleet, network printers and peripherals

Schedule: 37h/week

• Monday to Friday

Travel: regular travel to several sites up to 1h30 around Ancenis

Remuneration: 13.74 / 14.29 € gross per hour
