Job offer : On-site IT Technician (M/F)

Our specialized IT team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, an On-site IT Technician (M/F) for a long-term temporary assignment in Essarts en Bocage (85).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Support & Incident Resolution: Diagnosis and troubleshooting (hardware and software) on PCs, laptops, industrial PCs, smartphones, and printers, with priority given to VIP profiles and critical production equipment. Regularly follow up on tickets and ensure their resolution, hold, follow-up, or escalation within the allotted time.
• Fleet Management & Imaging: Preparation, configuration, deployment of new equipment, renewal, and stock management (receiving and shipping).
• User Support: On-site assistance, help with getting started with new tools, and rigorous monitoring of incident tickets.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Fluid communication with users/VIPs and regular reporting to management.

Profile sought:Experience and Training:

With a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in IT, you have at least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a B1 level of English.

Technical skills:

• IT Environment & Mobility: Mastery of Windows, iOS, Active Directory, and Workspace ONE.
• Hardware Support & Diagnosis: Troubleshooting workstations, industrial PCs, and smartphones.
• Network & Security: Good overall concepts (CISCO Meraki is a real plus).
• Printing: Knowledge of equipment (management of Zebra label/barcode printers is a plus).

• Working hours: 37 hours from Monday to Friday (time slot 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM - alternating on the slots below)
• Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:24 PM
• Shift 2: 9:00 AM - 5:24 PM
• Shift 3: 11:36 AM - 8:00 PM

Travel: yes, a service vehicle is provided for travel to the 3 sites in the west. Accommodation costs covered if necessary

Remuneration: 17.03 / 18.13 € gross per hour
