Job offer : Flemish Helpdesk Technician (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, a Flemish Helpdesk Technician (M/F) for a long-term temporary assignment in Tours (37).

Start date: 28/09/2026

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Managing calls and emails
• Processing and tracking tickets
• Managing IT incidents and requests
• Intervention on office automation, IT hardware, business applications
• Escalation to the next level if necessary

Profile sought:

Experience and Training:

• With a higher education degree in IT, you have initial experience in IT support.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in Flemish (read, written, and spoken)
• Proficiency in English would be a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Listening and synthesis skills

Working hours: Monday to Friday

• a time slot from 08:00-16:00 a time slot from 09:30-18:00 a time slot from 16:00 to 23:00

Remuneration: 12.53 / 13.19 € gross per hour depending on the level of education, experience, and language proficiency
