On-site Technician (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the Support Manager / CIO, you are the primary point of contact for users on-site on a daily basis. You ensure the operational maintenance of the IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance.

Support & Assistance: Level 1 and 2 intervention directly with users (workstations, peripherals, telephony, videoconferencing).

IT Asset Management: Preparation, imaging, deployment, and inventory of equipment (PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers).

Incident Resolution: Diagnosis, resolution of hardware and software failures, tracking of tickets via our ticketing tool.

Basic Administration: Management of user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, Office 365 / Google Workspace).

Awareness: Guiding employees on IT and cybersecurity best practices.

The profile we're looking for

Education: High school diploma to 2-year degree in IT (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Informatique, Professional Title for IT Support Technician).

Experience: Successful first experience (including internships and work-study programs) in a similar support or on-site assistance role.

Technical skills

Proficiency in Windows 10/11 environments (macOS is a plus).

Knowledge of the Office 365 / Microsoft 365 suite.

Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, cabling, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Use of ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira...).
