Job offer : On-site Technician (M/F)

Provide first-level technical support to users, manage the IT fleet, and ensure the proper functioning of the digital work environment (PC, telephony, network, printing).

Responsibilities and daily activitiesUser support

• Assistance with laptops and professional phones; installation of professional profiles (email, business applications)
• Resolution of password and account access issuesFleet deployment and management
• Installation of Windows 11 for new employees and hardware refresh
• Management of hardware returns (refresh, departures) and phone administration via IntuneInfrastructure and network
• Intervention on printers and antennas/Wi-Fi access points
• Patching network cables on switches
• Windows 11 support: proxy, Wi-Fi, VPN, printingLicenses and tools
• Management of Microsoft Office 365 licenses
• Systematic creation of ServiceNow tickets for each intervention

To fill the position of IT Technician (M/F), you must demonstrate great rigor and an excellent sense of customer service to provide support to users.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year higher education degree in IT, such as a BTS SIO or equivalent, complemented by significant experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

You have perfect command of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, as well as fleet management and ticketing tools. Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, VPN) and virtualization solutions is a decisive asset for your application.
