Job offer : Proximity Technician (M/F)

Join the Actual teams as an IT Support Technician (M/F) in Toulouse for a 3-month assignment.

In a multi-site environment, you will ensure the operational maintenance of IT infrastructures (servers, networks, datacenters) on behalf of high schools (preventive/curative aspect) and General Services (infra/cloud aspect).

Your main missions

You will be in charge of the proximity operation of server rooms, equipment control (servers, storage, UPS, network), and ensuring service compliance.

You will ensure the maintenance of a complete virtualized base, including OS management (Windows Server), VEEAM backups, and the fleet of educational and administrative servers.

Your role will also be essential for security and the local network, including diagnostics on Palo Alto firewalls and maintaining the operational condition of Azure cloud datacenters and infrastructures.

The ideal profile:

We are looking for an IT professional with a real diagnostic capacity and a keen sense of service. You are comfortable with hardware maintenance, cabling, patching, and resolving infrastructure incidents. Your rigor in writing technical reports and your interpersonal skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with central operations teams and higher levels of expertise.

Job conditions

Position to be filled as soon as possible. Work on a 35-hour per week basis with an annual salary of 26,000 euros. You are joining an enriching mission at the heart of critical infrastructure maintenance.
