The role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the proper functioning, reliability, and safety of equipment and installations. Your main missions:

Preventive & corrective maintenance: Carry out fault diagnosis, perform troubleshooting operations, and execute scheduled revisions on multi-technical equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
Monitoring & improvement: Update the CMMS, write intervention reports, and propose technical improvements to optimize machine availability rates.
Safety & compliance: Strictly respect the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules in force at the sites.

Working conditions

Location / Mobility: Position based in Gironde with local travel to be expected, or fixed position with shift work (posté). Work organization specified during the interview according to the profile and needs.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Education: Bac to Bac+2 level in industrial maintenance (BTS MSEI, MI, DUT GIM or equivalent).
Experience: A first successful experience (internship and work-study included) in a similar position in an industrial or technical environment.
Technical skills: Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics. Notions of automation, hydraulics, or pneumatics are a plus.
Soft skills: Autonomy, responsiveness, methodological rigor, and good team spirit. Possess a B driving license (desired depending on the required level of mobility).

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: Between 35/40 k€ gross annual (depending on profile and experience).
