About the position: On behalf of a major player in the materials and public works sector, we are looking for a Weighbridge Clerk (M/F) for a replacement. The position is based in Villiers-Charlemagne (53).

Your main missions: Reporting to the site manager, you will ensure the management of weighing operations and the smooth running of reception on site:

Weighing & flow management: truck taring, load verification, recording entries/exits and issuing delivery notes.

Orientation & traffic: welcoming drivers, carriers and visitors, communicating delivery instructions and directing them to loading areas.

Customer relations & logistics: taking orders, providing information on products/prices and transmitting instructions to internal drivers.

General administration: schedule monitoring, entry of timesheets and maintenance of dashboards.

Driving license B mandatory (occasional travel possible to a neighboring site).

Position conditions:

• Contract type: Temporary assignment / potential for permanent contract (CDI)

• Workplace: Villiers-Charlemagne (53)
• Working hours: Full time (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• Remuneration: According to profile and experience

Profile sought:

• Experience: 1 year minimum in a similar position (weighbridge clerk, site logistics, or construction/quarry sector).

• Skills: mastery of computer tools, basic knowledge of quarry products and transport regulations (authorized loads).

• Qualities: autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
