The role

For one of our clients specializing in food retail, we are looking for a charcutier (M/F) in manufacturing.

Your missions

Preparation and manufacturing of charcuterie products: blood sausages, pâtés, terrines, and other specialties.
Preparation, cutting, mincing, and seasoning of meats.
Execution of the various stages of manufacturing and cooking.
Quality and freshness control of raw materials.
Packaging and storage of finished products.
Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workstation.
Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cold chain rules.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Experience in manufacturing charcuterie products is desired.
Mastery of meat preparation and processing techniques.
Rigor, autonomy, and respect for hygiene rules.
Ability to work in a team.
