Job offer : Physicochemical Technical Unit Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Technical Director and working in tandem with another Technical Unit Manager, you are in charge of managing and developing the physicochemical unit in LC/MS.

Your missions

• Supervise, lead, and develop a team of biology technicians,
• Participate in the development, optimization, and validation of biological methods according to current standards,
• Be the communication link between teams, biologists, and management through regular feedback,
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and the conformity of samples according to the Quality Assurance System and participate in investigations in case of non-conformity,
• Participate in quality audits: internal, client, regulatory, and Cofrac.

With a background as a laboratory technician in medical analysis, you have excellent knowledge of liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry, biology, and you have knowledge of quality management systems and regulations.

Proven experience in management and team coordination, with strong scientific rigor, an excellent sense of organization, and a developed analytical mind. Assertive leadership and the ability to be a driving force for proposals.
