Job offer : Branch Manager M/F

Reporting to the General Management, your objective will be the development of the agency in terms of both productivity and financial management:

- Ensure the operational performance and budgetary management of the agency

- Organize and supervise incoming and outgoing logistics flows in compliance with current regulations

- Plan and coordinate routes, manage subcontractors, and supervise on-site teams

- Unite, support, and develop the skills of a team composed of 30 internal employees and 50 service providers

- Monitor key performance indicators (costs, quality, audits, deadlines) and ensure rigorous reporting to management

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of experience in the transport or logistics sector, in positions with high operational stakes, and hold the transport capacity certificate, which is mandatory.

As a field manager, you combine analytical skills, responsiveness, and leadership. You know how to create team dynamics, manage priorities in urgent situations, and support performance with rigor and commitment.
